1. Have their knee over the ball.
2. Make sure the front of the dribbling foot pulls the ball along so it stays on or near the foot at all times.
3. Practice going around obstacles
1. Use the inside of the foot and the instep of foot (the laces).
"Not the toe"
2. Lift your Kicking leg into a high backswing as you turn your body into the ball.
3. Lean backward as you kick the ball to lift it into the air.
1. Position yourself over the ball.
2. Turn your kicking leg out from you hip.
3. You want to use the inside of your foot.
4. Direct your follow-throuh toward your target.
5. The ball will travel the direction your foot is facing
1. Pick up the ball with both hands, one on each side of the ball.
2. Place your feet shoulder with apart.
3. Arch your back slightly.
4. Bring the ball up and over your head.
5. Release the ball with a forward flick of the wrists.
